The palatable liver-bacon flavored LiquiCarn is supplied in a 120 ml amber, glass bottle with a plastic, graduated dropper. L-Carnitine is an amino acid that plays many roles within the body. Studies exist in veterinary species that define its role with cardiovascular disease, for patients with carnitine deficiencies, inflammatory hepatitis (including hepatic lipidosis), obesity, myopathies associated with a carnitine deficiency, and cysteine or urate urolithiasis associated with carnitine deficiency. Dogs:50-100 mg per kg, twice daily. Cats: 250 to 500 mg daily.
