Shipping policy

A Note about Shipping and Delivery Estimates

CAMFormulas aims to ship all products that are on hand at the time of the order within 48 hours on orders placed Monday through Friday by 12pm CST (excluding holidays).

If your ordered item is inbound to our warehouse, it may take up to 7 business days for your order to ship. Please let customer service know of any shipping needs by phone at 844-879-0049 or email at help@camformulas.com

We do our best to keep most items in stock, keeping in mind freshness and shelf dates. We order from vendors on a daily basis to ensure we have the freshest lots available to our customers.

Occasionally, an item will run out of stock with our vendors, which may cause a delay in order shipment. If an item you purchased is backordered, we will notify you via e-mail of this delay and then automatically ship the products to you as soon as they are available.

We'll do our very best to process and send your order quickly, through the best service available. Please understand that some of these circumstances are beyond our control.

Orders will only be shipped once all billing and shipping information is verified and confirmed. A tracking number will be emailed and updated on all orders as soon as the order ships. 
*All orders over $500 require a signature at delivery.
**Packages that contain heavy bottles of product or liquids (greater than 5lbs) may be subject to additional shipping charges. *Heat Sensitive packaging is available for a flat fee of $10.00 on all heat sensitive items.
**All shipping charges are non-refundable.

AUTOSHIP

The AutoShip feature provides customers with a seamless way to receive items on a regular and reoccurring basis. Autoship frequency can range from 1 month to 6 months. The AutoShip feature and shipping frequency must be selected on the product page using the drop-down for each product in the AutoShip order. PayPal can be used as the initial form of payment, however, we must have a credit card on file in order to ship any future AutoShip orders.

We ship via  UPS and USPS. Please let us know by phone or email of any shipping preferences upon ordering.

WHERE DO WE SHIP TO?

We ship to all 50 states, U.S. territories, and military addresses and to over 100 countries worldwide. 

PACKAGES OVER 5 LBS

Additional shipping charges may occur for orders that are 5 or more pounds at shipping. Additional charges will typically be between $10.00 - $25.00 but could be more based on the Carrier Rate. Customers who paid with a Credit/ Debit card will automatically be charged the additional shipping fee if the order is 10 or more pounds at shipping. Customers who paid via PayPal will be emailed an invoice that must be paid before the order ships if the package is 5 or more pounds. 

HEAT SENSITIVE ITEMS

We recommend all temperature-sensitive products be shipped with an ice pack and/or an insulated mailer. An optional Heat Sensitive shipping method, which includes expedited shipping, an ice pack, and an insulated mailer is available for purchase under the Shipping Method on the Checkout page.
**If you'd like your heat-sensitive items sent with this protective packaging, you must choose the Heat-Sensitive Packaging option. **

Heat-sensitive items will NOT be shipped with ice packs and an insulated mailer if Heat Sensitive Shipping is not selected and purchased by the customer during checkout. 

Expect ice packs to melt before your order arrives. Ice packs are meant to provide 24 to 48 hours of protection, which is more than enough to keep your items safe during transit. Most items can withstand room temperature for up to 2 weeks without being affected.

As a reminder, UPS will not deliver to Post Office Boxes. Therefore, Heat Sensitive orders shipping to P.O. Boxes will be shipped via USPS 2-Day, which is NOT guaranteed.

Heat-sensitive, special orders, and perishable items are not eligible to be returned. We suggest that a person be available to receive delivery of all heat-sensitive packages, especially during the summer months.


MY ITEM IS ON BACKORDER?

Occasionally, a vendor will run out of supplies to create a product and will place the product on backorder. If this is the case, we will notify you by e-mail and place your order on hold until the item(s) are received. Most backorders arrive back in stock within 2-4 days.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

After your order is packed and ready to ship, we'll e-mail you your order tracking number.

Can't find your tracking number? No worries! Simply click on Track My Order and enter your order number and zip code. You can also give us a call or send us an e-mail and we can provide you with your tracking information. 

HOW DO I REQUEST A RETURN?

All items must be returned within 30 days of purchase, unopened, and in their original condition. We do not accept returns for any opened products. Heat-Sensitive Items are non-refundable. A Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) is required for all returns and may be requested by contacting our customer service team at 1-844-879-0049 or by sending an email to help@camformulas.com for easy-to-follow instructions.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. 

SPECIAL ORDERS

Orders containing 10 or more of a single item (Bulk Order) are considered Special Orders. Special Orders can take between 3-5 days to process and will not be eligible for return as we keep our product levels low in order to guarantee freshness of lots.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

CAMFormulas.com does ship products that are eligible to be shipped internationally with USPS First Class International or with USPS Priority international. Shipping rates for international packages are actual calculated rates based on the anticipated weight of the product. International customers are encouraged to check with Customs and Borders for all requirements prior to placing their order. This ensures that the item being ordered is allowed to pass through customs and into the receiving country.
CAMFormulas.com is not responsible for any missing package due to lost packages and or insufficient or incorrect international addresses provided by the customer. No returns will be accepted on International Packages as this time.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

Returns: No International Packages are eligible for returns.

Customs Issues: If an item or order is returned to us because of a customs-related issue, you will be charged for any cost incurred by CAMFormulas.com to retrieve the package and will be subject to a 50% restocking fee.

We do NOT recommend shipping heat-sensitive products internationally. as temperature-sensitive, special order and perishable items are not eligible to be returned.
